This is the feature that has gadget enthusiasts talking about the model the most. The model will be featuring a “SuperCapacitor” battery which can be completely charged within two minutes.

Very little is known about its specification, fans are putting together clues to list out all the features of Samsung Galaxy S9. The Samsung Galaxy S8, the latest flagship by Samsung was launched just a couple of days ago. However, rumors regarding its next edition, Samsung Galaxy S9, are already doing rounds online. Going by latest reports, Samsung Galaxy S9 will sport a three-edge Infinity display along with 4K resolution.

The device has been designed by Sunny Gandhi, who has stated that the inspiration behind the concept design is from Xiaomi’s Mi Mix. The primary camera and other sensors have been placed at the lower front. The screen of the upcoming flagship of Samsung is going to be curved on three sides, including the top. The bottom bezel will be present and will sport the logo of the brand. One outstanding feature of the model is that below the display glass, the earpiece has been somehow integrated. With an incredibly thin body, Galaxy S9 will have a fingerprint sensor which will be embedded under the display.

Coming to the storage capacity, its being speculated that the device will either come with 6GB RAM or 8GB RAM, along with an in-built storage of 256GB. Powered by octacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 9XX processor, Galaxy S9 will sport an upgraded and more effective Bixby 2.0.

Coming to Samsung Galaxy S9 release date, it is believed that the multi-billion dollar company will release two versions of the model next year. One variant will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor, while the other will be powered by the company’s in-house Exynos chipset. It has also been reported that Qualcomm and Samsung have already begun working on the next-gen Snapdragon 845 processor, as it plans to integrate it into its upcoming flagship. Generally, Samsung launches its Galaxy S devices at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) during spring every year, and begins the sale a couple of weeks later. If tradition is followed, then we can hope that Galaxy S9 will be unveiled at MWC event in Barcelona in 2018. This means we have to wait one more year to get its look!

Rumors of a dual-camera system are also spreading online, which has been popularized by iPhone 7 Plus and LG G6. It will also have a dual tone LED flash for capturing photos in low light. The dual camera will be of 21 megapixels, while the front sports a 5.5-inch display with quad HD display with a resolution of 2560*1440.  The 3D touch technology, which has been seen in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S, may also be seen in the upcoming flagship.

Speaking about the display and protection, the model is rumored to arrive with Gorilla Glass 4 or 5. It may also implement protective action.

We are hoping that Samsung will live up to its expectation when Samsung Galaxy S9 is released, whenever it is released.
